Washington Gaming Group^sm

WG2^sm is a Washington, DC based advocacy and consultancy organization that focuses on advising iGaming operators on developing and deploying strategies to access the U.S. market that are compliant with the Wire Act, the Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) and the recent USDOJ opinion.

WG2^sm  is headed by Conway Downing, Jr., a Washington, DC based attorney.  He has been involved in the gaming industry as an entrepreneur, business person, consultant and lawyer since 1987. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, an A.B. in Government from Harvard College and is a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover. (Bio).
